Jennifer Jacovino is the visionary founder and leader of our women-owned business, Empower Transit, which specializes in ground transportation, logistics, and consulting. For nearly two decades, Jennifer has worked in various positions in the transportation industry. Her proven track record of managing complex financial operations and contributing to the efficient functioning of transportation logistics gives her the insights to support our clients successfully.

Jennifer is trained in DOT rules and regulations, as safety in transportation is paramount. She is a member of both the United Motorcoach Association (UMA) and American Bus Association (ABA) and accredited through their professional organizations for compliance with their high safety standards.

In her previous roles as a Financial Controller, Jennifer oversaw all aspects of finance, billing, and accounting. Her meticulous attention to detail and client-focused approach ensured financial operations ran smoothly and efficiently. Jennifer’s ability to forecast financial goals, implement budgeting strategies, and employ cost-control methods have been instrumental in the success of the companies she’s worked with.

Jennifer’s expertise in US GAAP accounting has helped her clients achieve greater transparency, investor confidence, and reduced cost of capital.
